If a matter is urgent (e.g., password updates for EZ-Backup Departmental Technical Contacts), please contact the CIT Help Desk at 255-8990. During non-business hours (outside the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) you may contact the Network Operations Center at 255-9900 and ask them to page the EZ-Backup Team member on call.
